The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kaiserstuhl Escape website (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Kaiserstuhl Escape ("we," "us," or "our"), with a registered office located at Am Krebsbach 2G, 79241 Ihringen, Germany. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

2. Use of Site

4. Booking and Payment

By using the Site to book an escape room game, you agree to pay the booking fee in full at the time of booking. The payment must be made through the payment gateway provided on the Site. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

6. Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 16 years old to participate in the escape room game. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the Site or the escape room game.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

10. Account Creation

You may create an account on the Site by providing your personal information, including your name, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to keep your information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
